Illustrator Beginner Videos

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3GzumUieDPY under each video write 1-2 paragraphs if you think the tool will be easy or hard to use, how you might use it and what you find interesting about the video The pencil tool looks very useful to any project I’m going to use in the future. I love thin lines and simplicity for my art style in general, so this will be perfect for that. It looks relatively easy as I’m watching him work with it in the video, but I’m not 100 percent sure. Illustrator looks a lot like photoshop with its tools, so I’m curious to see what’s different. The video was very useful, but I would recommend slowing the speed down, because he talks pretty fast.  https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cubZGKpajXU The smart guides tool looks really helpful because it helps automatically place where you might want your shape. This could be useful in my project because it could make the process go a lot quicker and easier by guiding the shape where I would want it to be without being exact.

Canvas Experiment

Canvas Experiment       For my canvas experiment, I decided to create a digital version of a plant that I have in my room. The plant itself has the colors green, yellow, orange and red in the leaves, and the shape of the leaves are obviously very organic, along with the lines flowing throughout the leaves. The plant is very interesting to look at and is visually very pleasing to the eye, so I decided to make it in digital form. The project itself took me well over 10 hours, probably around 13 or 14,   just because I had to restart twice at the beginning, because I didn't know what I was doing. Once I understood the graphing translation to the canvas part, however, I found it much easier to complete.        I started with the graphing paper, and translated the points from paper to computer. I would move my cursor over to a point I thought felt "right", then I plugged them all in to the compute

Internet VS. World Wide Web

Internet Vs. WWW.           The internet is, "  a  global network  of billions of computers and other electronic devices." Robert Kahn and Vint Cerf invented the internet. It was first invented for military purposes and was invented in the late 1960's. It was first a "node to node" communication, but now has assembled a "network of networks". Now w ith the Internet, we are able to access almost any information, communicate with others around the globe   The World Wide Web, " is a collection of webpages found on this network of computers."  Invented by Sir Tim Bernes Lee in 1989, the World Wide Web was created to find a new way for scientists to share data. It was used by linking one document to another, unlike the internet. It is used by many people, not just scientists, to communicate and share information.      "The internet is a huge network of computers all connected together. The world wide web (‘www’ or ‘web’ for short) is a coll
